Who is responsible for your data?

What data, and why?

The contact form collects your name, email address and message, plus, if you provide them, your app link, an indicative budget and a deadline. This information is only used to reply to your request and discuss a possible film project.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Your data is never used for unsolicited marketing, sold or shared.

How your request is sent

For now, the form prepares an email in your own email app: nothing is sent until you send it yourself. Your message is then received in Studio 916's mailbox, hosted by Google (Gmail). [If a form service is added, name it here — to be completed]

How long?

If your request does not lead to a project, your information is deleted no later than 3 years after our last exchange. If it does, it is kept for the length of the working relationship, then for the period required by legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, restrict its processing, or object to it, by emailing agentflow.pro12@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools or third-party content (fonts and videos are hosted with the site). If that changes, this page will be updated first.
